HelloHost, “the Web App” provides a system allowing hosts and property managers to automate their vacation rental business using AI and related technologies. This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you install or use the Web App.
Personal Information the App Collects
When you use the WebApp, we are automatically able to access certain types of information from your property management system (PMS) account that you choose to integrate with us: your listings information, calendar reservations, pricing and guest information.
We collect Personal Information that guests provide when making a reservation with your property. We use this information to provide you with our Services.We will also use Personal Information in other cases where you have given us your permission.
When you use our Web App, we collect the Personal Information of your guests as set forth. We collect each guest’s name, email address, phone number, address, location and any other information made available through your property management system (PMS). We require this information in order to provide you and your guests with our Services. We may anonymize, de-identify, and aggregate this information for purposes of creating and distributing case studies, industry reports and for conducting research and development efforts in connection with improving our Services.
