After a quick onboarding call, HelloHost connects to your Hostaway account, imports your selected listings, and goes live on your schedule, handling routine guest questions, staying on-brand with your tone of voice, and escalating complex issues to your team via SMS, WhatsApp, or Slack.

Schedule and Complete an Onboarding Call
Sign up and schedule an onboarding call with the HelloHost team. We'll create your account together and configure HelloHost around your specific property preferences.
⚠️ Please note that this is a required step, otherwise your AI settings and notifications won't work correctly.
Integration via OAuth + Import your Listings
Connect your Hostaway account with HelloHost

Go to the HelloHost portal and click Sign Up to create your account.

To connect your PMS, click on the 'Import Your First Listing' button.

Select Hostaway as your PMS.

Log in to your account and authorize the HelloHost integration.

You'll see your Hostaway listings. Click on Import All, and then click on Import Listings.
✅ Your Hostaway listings will now be imported into HelloHost.
Go-live
During the Onboarding call, we will work with you to set a "go-live" date, at which point the AI will begin responding to your guest messages. Concurrently, the AI will begin sending you any notifications from the conversations (the notifications are set up during the onboarding call).
You can turn off or on any of your listings or even conversations directly inside your account.
